Among the materials reportedly destroyed were unclaimed PVCs and ballot boxes. “The PDP State Campaign Council demands that the findings be made public to address any concerns. “The PDP State Campaign Council is also concerned about the over 7,000 unclaimed PVCs that were lost in the fire. “INEC must work out equal voting opportunities for those whose cards were destroyed in the fire. “The council calls on INEC and the security agencies to put measures in place to protect every INEC office in the state.”The party appealed to the people of Qua’an Pan not to panic, saying they would participate in the polls.
