In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., distributor of plant-based foods said it expects net proceeds of about $4.25 million, or roughly $4.96 million if the underwriters exercise an option to buy an additional 150,000 shares.
