The plans are for outline permission, meaning that a further application relating to the appearance of the development will need to be submitted in the future. ‌The site, which is unallocated in the council’s Local Plan, is located directly behind a new residential development directly fronting onto Station Road, and is raised above it. This was subsequently removed, with outline permission then granted.
