The Windsor Day Centre and Oakbridge Day Centre in Imperial Road sit on council-owned land. One has been used as a day centre for people with learning disabilities whilst the other is a former day centre for older people which closed in 2021. In July last year, councillors backed the plans to repurpose the two buildings into at least 22 supported living apartments.
