Proposals for the scheme on land south of Energy Park Way were first revealed last year, in a planning application submitted by Grey Rock Developments, aided by LEAD Studio and Addison Planning Consultants. ‌A total of 12 buildings were proposed by Rockingham Management Ltd, across a 7.55 hectare commercial land site bought by the company. Since the NELLP was adopted in 2018 the Novartis factory has closed and Energy Park Way has been constructed. The immediate land uses around the site are all of a commercial or industrial nature and compatible with the proposed development.
