Anthony Laurence Gallon had been found guilty in Wellington District Court of being disorderly and fined $750. Gallon felt the baby was being choked. Gallon on Tuesday asked the High Court in Wellington to overturn his conviction saying the hearing was unfair. Jenkins said the flight attendant felt intimidated by Gallon's continued refusal to stay in his seat.
