Detroit Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson will miss at least a month with a stress reaction in his lower back. The team announced Saturday that Jackson will begin immediate treatment and rehabilitation, and he will be evaluated in four weeks. Jackson has missed the past four games for the Pistons (2-4). In 82 games last season, he averaged 15.4 points and 4.2 assists in 27.9 minutes per game. Veteran point guard Derrick Rose, in his first season with the Pistons, has helped to make up for Jackson’s absence.
