Hally has been flipping homes since 2009, and despite nailing down profits in the six figures in Canterbury and Queenstown, the Marlborough market hasn't been as profitable. She put the difference in profit down to there being a smaller pool of buyers compared with Canterbury and Queenstown. Bayleys Marlborough general manager David Lee said the Marlborough market was more conservative than the likes of Canterbury or Queenstown.
