Stewart Nimmo The Croesus Track which will form part of the new Pike 29 memorial track in the Paparoa National Park. Her trip will include a stop at the Pike River memorial garden overlooking the Paparoa Range near the Pike River Mine access road on Saturday. DOC Greymouth operations manager Shane Hall said the department was doing planning and preparation work for the planned track and huts. DOC is looking for qualified and experienced track construction contractors.
