Photo / PRRAA group of Pike River disaster families are backing a bid for a judicial review filed at the High Court in Wellington today, which challenges the Government's decision not to go back into the mine. Several of the Pike River families were at court today to file the application. "That said, early on the police advised that they were treating this investigation as a 29 man homicide," the families statement says. "The Government has effectively taken a 'cut and run' stance in relation to Pike River.
