A 15-year-old footballer who died after collapsing during a match has been pictured for the first time - as tributes poured in for the young star. Goalkeeper Amelia Aplin passed away whilst playing for Oxford United in a fixture against Fulham at the club's training centre in Horspath on Saturday. Oxford United captain Cameron Brannagan also paid tribute. An Oxford United statement read: 'The thoughts and sincere condolences from everyone at Oxford United are with Amelia's family, friends, teammates and coaches. 'The Club will offer support to Amelia's family, players, coaches and staff impacted by this tragic event.
