After seeing Deepika Padukone in the role of a warrior princess in ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and a sexy huntress in ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’, this avatar of the actress is sure to shock you. The actress, who recently made heads turn at the MTV EMAs, was spotted at Mumbai’s famous Dhobi Ghat, in a de-glam avatar. Deepika, who is expected to shoot for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’, is reportedly collaborating with Iranian director Majid Majidi for his ambitious project. A string of pictures that have surfaced online show Deepika taking tips from the famous director as she underwent a look test. Presumably playing the role of a dhobi, Deepika is seen sporting an unkempt look with dishevelled hair.
