Along the edge of a coastal storm is the place to be for spectacular sunsets. In Tuesday’s case, the D.C. area was on the fringe of the cloud deck from the remnants of one-time Tropical Storm Julia. You may recall the region was treated to stunning sunsets when it was along the periphery of Tropical Storm Hermine as well.
