Bearcats rebound from last week’s loss to Class 4A No. 1 CamasSHORELINE — The Monroe football team, ranked No. 8 in the AP Class 3A state football poll, rebounded in a big way with a 42-14 win over Shorecrest on Friday night. Last week, the Bearcats hosted Camas, the top-ranked team in Class 4A, and suffered a 49-14 loss. On Friday, Monroe led just 21-14 in the middle of the third quarter before outscoring the Scots 21-0 the rest of the way.
