A CUSTOMER of Telekom Malaysia Bhd has complained that her residential telephone line and Internet connection have not been functioning since October. Boon Gwek Neo, 52, who subscribes to the TM Streamyx Internet package, said she had lodged several complaints with TM. “It has been more than a month and the telephone line and Internet connection are still not working. “I was told that there would be no compensation for the disruption of the residential telephone line since the package I subscribed to included free calls. Boon, who lives in Melaka, said she was also disappointed with the slow Streamyx Internet connection, which was supposed to be 8Mbps.
