Rangers boss Philippe Clement has pledged that "experience" is on the way after the early summer business at Ibrox has focussed on youth. Speaking to RTV, he revealed that the decision was made to focus on bringing in stars that fit the player trading model at the club early in the window. "It was important to find these young talents and I think we found some exciting talents for the future of this club. To develop young players and sell them for a better price - so a lot of players left for free and that cost the club a lot of money. I think the recruitment team found a few really interesting talents for the future of this club."
