The Topshop owner was named by Lord Peter Hain, a Labour peer, in the House of Lords, using Parliamentary privilege. Former Cabinet minister Lord Hain said he had been contacted by someone "intimately involved" in the case and felt it was his duty to use to name the retail tycoon. Sir Philip Green has said he "categorically and wholly" denies allegations of "unlawful sexual or racist behaviour". The Prime Minister said some employers were using non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) "unethically" as she criticised "abhorrent" sexual harassment in the workplace.
