Morales said that reforms in PhilHealth were important in preparation for the full implementation of the Universal Health Care law. “Under the Universal Health Care, we are anticipating about two million claims a month, so you can just imagine the amount of work we will have,” he said. “We will be rolling out the Universal Health Care law [and] this is going to change our health care environment for the future.
