Among 40 contestants from across the country, Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh from Hai Duong emerged victorious, claiming the top title. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024, was born in 1998 and graduated from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, majoring in English. While attending Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted, Ngoc Quynh also won third prize in the provincial English competition.
