About half of cat owners have reported their furry friends seemed displeased with them being home all day during Covid lockdowns. While most dog owners reported their pooches improved their moods during lockdown, the same could not be said for their feline counterparts. Cat owners even reported their companions acted like their space was being invaded by them being around most of the time. 'About 50 per cent of cat owners reported that their cats were behaving in ways they interpreted as being 'put out',' she said. 'Whereas almost 100 per cent of dog owners reported that their dogs were just loving the fact that they were home.'
