A large fire that began Sunday morning at a petrochemical storage facility near Houston was still burning uncontrolled into the evening, and the company warned that it could continue burning through the night. The fire at the Intercontinental Terminals Co. storage facility in Deer Park, Texas, was initially reported around 10:30 a.m., authorities said. It was still raging at 6 p.m., and Deer Park officials had ordered residents in the city of about 33,000, located some 18 miles east of downtown Houston, to shelter in place.
