The petitioner, Vincent Omao, has filed a case at the Labour court against Justice Mathews Nduma. The applicant said for the interest of justice, it would be prudent for the judge to recuse himself from hearing the petition at hand. AdvertisementThe Labour court in Kisumu stopped the vetting of four new nominees for the position of Nyamira County executive members. The new appointees were Shem Kiage, Dr Stella Moraa, Stella Nyambariga and Dr Samson Barongo.
