The petitioner, Rashid Umar maintained before the court that a private taxi company has breached the law by putting up the immoral billboard, which has hurt the religious sentiments of the people. Recently, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has completely barred ridesharing companies, Careem and Uber, from operating within the premises of the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi.
