Three of Peterborough’s dedicated athletes were honoured Monday night as the city handed out the 2022 Civic Awards. Peterborough This Week sponsors the Junior Athlete of the Year, while Global Peterborough (CHEX) sponsors the Senior Athlete of the Year. Two members of the Peterborough Curling Club received awards at the ceremony. “Toula also enjoys passing on her experiences to the next generation as she assists the Peterborough club’s junior program on Sunday mornings. These included the 2022 senior men’s provincials and the 2022 master men’s provincials.
