When Tui was 12 weeks old, he was travelling in the back of a car with two other dogs who set on and attempted to kill him. Tui was taken to a farm in Palmerston North, and his story was put on Facebook to see if anyone wanted him. And he was distraught earlier this year on the day his favourite chicken died.
