A person is trapped after a truck crashed on State Highway 2 west of Maramarua. A police spokeswoman confirmed police and ambulance were at the scene of the crash after emergency services were notified about 7.15 this morning. She said the crash was a nose-to-tail, and one the driver of the truck was trapped in their vehicle and being attended to by ambulance staff. Reports of a serious #crash on #SH2 just west of Maramarua. Please follow directions of emergency services.
