Person injured in incident near The SquarePolice are investigating how a person received injuries near The Square in Palmerston North on Tuesday evening. The person was transported to Palmerston North Hospital with moderate injuries after an incident "reported to involve a car", a police spokeswoman said. Police were notified the person was injured near the Main St bus depot and Berrymans Lane by ambulance staff at about 7.10pm, and were carrying out inquiries. No other details were available yet.
