According to the reports, the data management company is owned by the husband of the EC Chair. “This is an outrageous lie since the said company has no links whatsoever to the Chairperson and her husband,” the EC said in a statement on Sunday. Persol Systems Limited was on Thursday announced by the Commission as the winner of the contract to construct a new Production and Disaster Recovery Data Centre. MTN was also awarded the contract to provide internet connectivity services to the various district offices of the Commission.
