PARIT: Police arrested a 30-year-old man for causing panic when he allegedly shouted that he had a "bomb" in his car at a traffic light junction in Bota Kiri, near here Saturday. According to an eye-witness at the scene, which happened at 11am, the man suddenly stopped his car at the side of the road and started shouting that he had a bomb in the car. The witness said he saw the man get into another car. There was only a parang in it," he spoke to reporters at the scene after investigations were completed. Supt Mohd Zainal said the suspect was apprehended by police about an hour later after he fled the scene.
