IPOH: There are no plans to close the Movie Animation Park Studio, says Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu. The Perak Mentri Besar said although Affin Hwang Investment Sdn Bhd (Affin Investment) has put the Animation Theme Park Sdn Bhd (ATP) under receivership, the theme park will continue operations. Faizal said in order to pay the bank, the theme park has to remain open. “I think the bank knows that in order for them to receive payment, the theme park needs to continue operating. Separately, Faizal said the Perak State Development Corporation (PKNP) would be issuing a statement regarding the land clearing issue at Bukit Kledang.
