Due to overcrowding in the Parliament House complex, the tribute program at Westminster Hall was briefly halted, but later resumedOn September 19, till 6.30 am, the public can pay tribute to the Queen. There are people of all ages in this line – even the elderly forgetting their physical difficulties, approaching the body of the Queen, wanting to greet her last. The ministry has warned that one may have to stand in line for up to 12 hours.
