Other bus services are also included for people outside the south east, with jobcentre staff having details of additional operators. The Jobcentre Plus Travel Discount Card is free, and valid for up to three months at any one time. Cards are handed out by Jobcentre Plus on behalf of transport operators - which means to get one you need to contact your work coach.
