Designed by Orlando Diaz Azcuy, the penthouse will be ready for move-in in 2018, according to its developer, Jay Paul Company. "Manhattan, London and Miami have had these kinds of properties for years, so we're just catching up," says Dilan Urun director of sales at 181 Fremont Residences. "But buyers appetite for these kinds of projects is growing in San Francisco so we're catering to that."
