The pensioner was also abusive to police and council officers, a court heard. The local council received a number of complaints from neighbours about Beryl John who lives in the coastal town of Neyland, Pembrokeshire, playing loud music before the matter was referred to court. Pembrokeshire council officers secured evidence John's behaviour through the NoiseApp – a software used for recording, logging, and reporting noise nuisance to local authorities or housing associations.
