The state government gave RM125,500 to SPM students and RM62,000 to STPM students. Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the state government was proud to present the incentives to the top scorers. “We hope the awards can inspire students and boost the image of the state by bringing these top scorers closer to the Penang 2030 vision,” he said.
