BALIK PULAU: The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has been slammed for failing to monitor hillslope developments under its jurisdiction, which are posing a threat to the environment and nearby residents. Why didn't their officers go to the ground to check if all hillslope developments abide by the guidelines set. "If left unattended, the hillslope developments will become rampant.
