Nancy Pelosi announced Monday House Democrats are composing a resolution condemning President Donald Trump's tweets against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her 'squad.' Trump, meanwhile, defended his tweets in which he suggested the four congresswomen, who are of racial minorities, go 'back where they came from.' Trump was accused of a racist attack against the lawmakers, of whom only Omar was born overseas. Pelosi did not say when the House would vote against the resolution about President Trump's tweetsTrump attack this weekend was condemned as racist. The Democrats' resolution against the president comes six months after House Democrats passed a watered-down resolution condemning hate language after alleged anti-semitic comments from Omar.
