(CNN) House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Wednesday that Attorney General William Barr is "going off the rails," while referencing Barr's recent testimony on Capitol Hill . "He is the attorney general of the United States of America, not the attorney general of Donald Trump," she added. Pelosi said during her news conference, however, that she isn't confident that Barr will conduct his review appropriately. Asked specifically if she had confidence that Barr would conduct his investigation in an appropriate way, Pelosi simply answered: "No." "I don't trust Barr, I trust Mueller," she told the AP.
