His lawyer, Michael Lacy, said in an earlier statement, that military police allege that Williams touched the victim on the buttocks. A trip planned for March was already up in the air because of troubles rounding up entertainers and artists. It’s now been postponed and the military is weighing whether such trips are worth the effort and expense.
