Tenders are expected to be let for work to begin on Palmerston North's $16 million Central Energy Trust makeover in early 2020. SUPP:OED A pedestrian bridge will become the main feature of Central Energy Trust Arena's new entrance. The Central Energy Trust has confirmed a $1.1m grant toward the cost of electrical works associated with the makeover. In a separate project, Arena 2 is in line for a $2.4 million upgrade of its ceiling, lighting and fire protection systems.
