BUDAPEST - Britain's Adam Peaty shattered his own world record in the men's 50-metre breaststroke on Tuesday just hours after winning world championship gold over 100m. The 22-year-old Peaty is proving his dominance over the short breaststroke distances in Budapest having already retained his 100m title on Monday by a massive 1.32-second margin. "I was quite relaxed, I wasn't going out there this morning for a world record," Peaty said. "It's still 9-10 am, it's very early for a world record. A grudge final between American Olympic champion Lily King and Russian Yuliya Efimova, previously banned for doping, is expected in the women's 100m breaststroke.
