Share TweetBy Erma EderaAround 100,000 devotees of the Black Nazarene trooped to the Quirino Grandstand on the eve of ‘Traslacion’ late Tuesday evening, according to the Manila Police District (MPD). The situation at the Quirino Grandstand remains peaceful while the Pahalik continues despite the very large crowd. Masses are scheduled every hour after the midnight mass, before the Black Nazarene is returned to the Quiapo Church. The Andas, or the carriage bearing the Black Nazarene, will traverse the same route as last year’s.
