Payless ShoeSource has emerged from the chapter 11 bankruptcy protection it filed for last February. The retailer said Thursday it named a new executive management team and is set to undertake a new strategy in 2020. Payless’ new management team is led by Chief Executive Jared Margolis, former president of licensing agency CAA-GBG.
