A flamboyant Bungoma politician has urged newly married youth in Sirisia constituency to pay dowry so to avoid conflict in life. Moses Nandalwe, popularly known as ‘Mr Moneybags,’ spoke on Saturday at Mitoto village in Tongaren constituency. He paid dowry for his journalist wife Elizabeth Were.
