Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud said all premises owners on Penang mainland would be entitled to the lucky draw that would end on Aug 31. On a separate matter, Razali said there would be an additional shift for domestic garbage collection today in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha. “The additional second shift will take place from 5pm to 10pm and garbage collection will be done at communal and roll-on-roll-off (Roro) bins only. As for Hari Raya day tomorrow, there will be a slight adjustment in the garbage collection schedule. The collection will only start from 3pm to give space to Muslim workers in MBSP to conduct their Hari Raya Aidiladha and Friday prayers.
