Vera Pauw has reminded the members of her senior squad with the Republic of Ireland that they "should be very careful" to observe Covid-19 protocols on travel. Last month, Irish international Katie McCabe was one of three Arsenal players who issued an apology after they travelled to Dubai. One of the players – not McCabe – tested positive for Covid-19 and Arsenal’s manager expressed the club’s “disappointment” with the trio. Senior team boss Pauw says she spoke to McCabe “immediately” and while she refused to detail the conversation, she said her players need to be aware of their duties.
