Mourinho was sacked by Tottenham last month but earlier this week, Roma unveiled the Portuguese as their new head coach who will replace Paulo Fonseca this summer. But in a message to a friend on WhatsApp, Di Canio heavily criticised Mourinho, claiming that the 58-year-old is ‘finished’ and ‘plays anti-football’. ‘You’ve got the worst of the worst,’ Di Canio told his friend in the recording. He’s finished in every conceivable way.
