When police arrived, there were still 60 pub-goers drinking. Police checked and found that 17 were under 20 years old and four others had tested positive for drug use. The pub manager, Jirapong Puikhampha, 21, was arrested and charged with running an entertainment venue without licence and allowing persons under 20 to enter the venue.
