It’s not a huge surprise that New England Patriots fans are standing up to Trump. The Patriots’ ties to Trump, specifically those of its owner and star quarterback. Vocal about his support for the Patriots, President Trump has attended games at Gillette Stadium as Kraft’s guest in the past. During the donor’s dinner on inauguration weekend, President Trump said that Brady had given him a call and congratulated his presidency. Kraft isn’t the only sports team owner with ties to Trump and his administration.
