In an online piece posted on the Players' Tribune on Tuesday, Laine outlines his love for the Prairie city, but the relative newcomer to Winnipeg admits he didn't pen the article himself. Laine said he hadn't even seen the piece yet Tuesday morning when he spoke to reporters after practice. I love Winnipeg. Laine said make no mistake, he really does love Winnipeg.
